Bozzuto’s Mother's Day Sweepstakes!

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Eligible contestants will not be required to purchase goods or services, pay money to enter, or submit to a sales promotion effort. The purchase of any product or service will not increase an eligible contestant’s chances of winning. To enter visit any Bozzuto community on either Saturday, May 12th or Sunday, May 13th to be entered to win. A list of the participating properties can be found here. Limit one entry per person. 

One winner will be selected at random on 5/14/12 and awarded a $250 gift certificate Massage Envy that can be used at any of the 700 locations across the country.

Sponsor will publish the name of the winner on FACEBOOK.COM/THEBOZZUTOGROUP by 5:00 PM EDT on Monday, May 14, 2012, as well as by email to the email address provided in winning submission. The winner must respond via email and provide prize delivery information by May 15, 2012 at 5:00 PM EDT, and to claim his or her prize, each winner will be required to execute and return a duly executed Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability, and where legal, a Publicity Release form as well as proof of age, within three (3) days of date of notification. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited to Sponsor.

Only persons residing in Connecticut, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Virginia who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence, and who submit the entry form are eligible to enter.  Void where prohibited by law or regulation. Employees, officers, directors of Sponsor (as defined below) and their partners, affiliates, subsidiaries (and members of their immediate family and/or those living in the same household of each such employee) are not eligible. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Entries using automatic entry will be disqualified.

Neither Sponsor or its employees, officers, directors, agents, affiliates, or representatives is responsible for transmission or mailing errors, late, lost, incomplete, illegible or undeliverable entries. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or any person who is otherwise in violation of these rules, as determined by Sponsor in its discretion. Sponsor further reserves the right to the extent permitted by applicable law to cancel, terminate or modify any game or contest not capable of completion as planned, whether due to technical failures of any sort or any other reason.
