In 1988, founding partners, Tom Bozzuto, John Slidell, Rick Mostyn and the late Bernard Lubcher formed The Bozzuto Group to build and manage apartment homes. Using their extensive experience in real estate development, construction, and management, they committed to build creative living spaces while being sensitive to the environment. Since that time the company has expanded into home building and commercial landscaping. In addition, the company has four Operating Partners: Julie Smith, President of Bozzuto Management Company; Mike Schlegel, President of Bozzuto Construction; Tom Baum, President of the Bozzuto Development Company and Bozzuto Homes, Inc.; and Dan Murphy, Chief Financial Officer. The determination that began in 1988 is captured in our mission statement and corporate values and continues to be lived by nearly 1000 employees.
