RYAN OGDEN
Senior Vice President, Bozzuto Acquisitions Company and Partner, The Bozzuto Group
Responsible for the company’s venture into residential acquisitions in 2001, Ryan Ogden oversees the day-to-day operations of Bozzuto Acquisitions in his role as Senior Vice President. Under his direction, the company has acquired and renovated more than 6,300 apartment units and coordinated the disposition of over 2,000 units. Current efforts focus on both suburban and urban markets throughout the Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, and Southeast regions.
Ryan joined The Bozzuto Group in 1999; he was previously a real estate lender for Provident Bank. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University and has an undergraduate degree from Towson University. Ryan is a member of the Urban Land Institute and serves on the Board of Directors for 1st Team Staffing Services, Inc and the Casey Cares Foundation.
