MICHAEL A. SCHLEGEL
President, Bozzuto Construction Co. and Operating Partner, The Bozzuto Group
As President of Bozzuto Construction Company, Mike Schlegel is responsible for Bozzuto’s general contracting division. He maintains a personal involvement with each project from start to finish. Additionally, he directs all in-house activities, providing leadership and ensuring cooperation and collaboration between estimating/budgeting, scheduling, project management, and supervision.
Mike has managed the construction of well over 10,000 housing units as well as projects with an aggregate value in excess of $1 billion dollars. Prior to joining Bozzuto Construction Company in 1999, Mike was a Vice President with Clark Realty Builders where he was integrally involved with the startup and growth of that company. Additionally, Mike holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Building Construction from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

TAYLOE M. CALL
Vice President, Bozzuto Construction Co.
As Vice President of Bozzuto Construction Company, Tayloe is the Team Leader for third-party construction projects. Tayloe’s responsibility includes leadership of preconstruction, project management and field operation activities.
Prior to joining Bozzuto, Tayloe held a variety of leadership and management roles with Branch & Associates, Inc. and Marshall Erdman & Associates, Inc.
Tayloe holds a Masters in Business Administration from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from South Dakota State University.

MICHAEL GREEN
Vice President, Bozzuto Construction Co.
As Vice President of Bozzuto Construction Company, Mike is responsible for all aspects of preconstruction, project managmeent and field operations.
Prior to joining Bozzuto, Mike was a Senior Construction Manager for Toll Brothers, Inc. Mike has many years experience in the construction industry and has managed and supervised the construction of thousands of multi-family housing units of all types. Mike majored in Electrical Engineering at the University of Alaska, Fairbanks.

MIKE SPAFFORD
Vice President, Bozzuto Construction Co.
As Vice President of Bozzuto Construction Company, Mike Spafford is responsible for all aspects of client relations, project management, and field operations for Bozzuto Construction’s In-House High Rise Team.
Prior to joining Bozzuto, Mike was a Project Manager with Struever Brothers Ecceles & Rouse in Baltimore constructing a Hope VI redevelopment project and senior housing projects. Mike is currently a member of National Homebuilders Association and The American Society of Professional Estimators.

DAVID V. MANDES
Vice President, Bozzuto Construction Co.
As Vice President of Bozzuto Construction Company, Dave Mandes is responsible for all aspects of client relations, project management, and field operations for Bozzuto Construction’s operations in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey. In this role, Dave has grown this region to account for about one quarter of Bozzuto Constructions annual volume.
Prior to joining Bozzuto in 1998, Dave headed his own company where he designed and built custom homes and for clients and developed single and multi-family land. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Millersville University.

BRIAN GROSHOLZ
Dir. of Renovation, Bozzuto Construction Co.
As Director of Renovation for Bozzuto Construction Company, the construction management and general contracting arm of Bozzuto & Associates, Brian Grosholz oversees Bozzuto’s renovation/ rehabilitation/reconstruction market segment. Bozzuto Construction Company is a builder of multifamily and other residential projects throughout the Washington Metropolitan area.
Prior to joining Bozzuto, Brian worked for the Whiting-Turner Contracting Company where he was involved in a variety of infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, MTA stations, hospitals and other projects. Additionally, Brian holds a Masters of Business Administration from Loyola College and a Bachelor of Science in Technology with a concentration in Construction Management from Bowling Green University.
