Greenbelt, MD...Bozzuto Development Company has announced the promotion of Jeff Kaufman to Vice President.
In his new position, Mr. Kaufman will direct the acquisition, development and management of new ground-up multifamily housing projects in the greater Washington-Baltimore metropolitan region. He joined The Bozzuto Group companies in 2002 and most recently served as Land Acquisitions Manager.
"Jeff sets extremely high standards for himself," said Toby Bozzuto, Executive Vice President of Bozzuto Development Company. "He has made significant contributions to both our development and land acquisitions efforts and we are confident that he will be extremely successful as he takes on these new responsibilities."
Mr. Kaufman completed his undergraduate studies at Emory University and has a Master of Architecture degree from Catholic University and a Masters degree in real estate from John Hopkins University. He is a member of the Washington Real Estate Group, and the Urban Land Institute's Washington, D.C. District Council.
