The Bozzuto Group Announces Appointment Of Two New Partners

Greenbelt, MD...Toby Bozzuto and Ryan Ogden have been named Partners of The Bozzuto Group, a diversified real estate organization active in apartment development, management, construction, homebuilding, apartment acquisitions, land development, and landscaping. The announcement was made by The Bozzuto Group's chairman and CEO, Thomas S. Bozzuto.

As Partners, Toby and Ryan will participate in the strategic direction of and business planning for The Bozzuto Group, which is active throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions.

"Toby and Ryan have both made significant contributions to the companies of The Bozzuto Group," said Thomas S. Bozzuto. "We know they will be successful as they take on their new corporate leadership roles."

In addition to his responsibilities as a Partner of The Bozzuto Group, Toby Bozzuto retains his position as Executive Vice President of Bozzuto Development Company. In that capacity, he oversees the day-to-day development activities for the apartment development operations; more than 2,000 units are currently in the pipeline or under construction. Toby joined company in 2001. He is a graduate of Colgate University and has a Master's of Science degree in real estate development from New York University.

Ryan Ogden joined The Bozzuto Group in 1999. In addition to his new role as a Partner, Ryan retains his position as Senior Vice President/Director of Bozzuto Acquisitions, LLC. Under his direction, the company has acquired and renovated more than 5,800 apartment units and coordinated the disposition of nearly 2,000 units. Ryan has a Master of Business Administration degree from Johns Hopkins University and completed his undergraduate studies at Towson University.
