TOBY BOZZUTO NAMED TO LIST OF "40 UNDER 40"

Greenbelt, MD...Toby Bozzuto, Executive Vice President of Bozzuto Development Company, has been named one of the Baltimore Business Journal's "40 Under 40."  Toby and his fellow honorees, forty outstanding professionals under the age of 40, were selected from a field of approximately 150 nominees based on their business success and community contributions.  A special section in the publication profiled this year's honorees and the group was later recognized at a special luncheon in October.

Toby's current projects include The Arbors at Arundel Preserve, a 500-unit apartment community in Anne Arundel County, and the exciting mixed-use development of three University of Baltimore sites in Baltimore's Mount Vernon district. He was instrumental in the development of Phase Two of the popular St. Paul Senior Living Community in Capitol Heights,  MD and he was also a member of the development team for Spinnaker Bay.
