TOBY BOZZUTO PROMOTED TO EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF BOZZUTO DEVELOPMENT COMPANY

Greenbelt , MD...Thomas S. “Toby” Bozzuto, Jr. has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Bozzuto Development Company. The announcement was made by Tom Baum, president of the residential development company.

Toby’s duties will expand to include responsibility for Bozzuto Development’s day-to-day operations. He will continue to be responsible for a broad scope of development activities, including management of the feasibility process, financing, design, approvals, and delivery of multifamily residential projects.

“Toby has made important contributions to our team and to each project he has been assigned,” Tom Baum said. “We are confident that he will have an even greater impact as he takes on his new responsibilities.”

In 2001, Toby joined Bozzuto Development Company as a Development Associate and he most recently served as a Vice President. Among other projects, he is directing the development of The Arbors at Arundel Mills, a 496-unit apartment project in Anne Arundel County.

Prior to joining Bozzuto Development Company, Toby worked as an analyst for J.P. Morgan in the Fixed Income/Real Estate Debt Group and as a financial analyst for Columbia National in Washington, D.C. He holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development and Investment from New York University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University.

He currently serves on the Executive Committee for the Baltimore chapter of the Urban Land Institute, and is Chairman of the organization’s Young Leaders Group. He also serves on the board of the Charles Street Development Corporation on the Catholic Charities Building and Grounds Committee
