Bozzuto Development Names New Senior Vice President

Greenbelt, MD...Doris Topel has been named a Senior Vice President of Bozzuto Development Company, a multi-family real estate development firm that is part of The Bozzuto Group. The announcement was made by Toby Bozzuto, Executive Vice President of Bozzuto Development Company.

Doris served most recently in a leadership role with Bozzuto Management Company, overseeing the operations of over 8,000 units and over $120 million in revenue. In her new role, Doris will leverage over 20 years of multi-family experience to lead the development of new Bozzuto properties in the Baltimore-Washington metro area and throughout the mid-Atlantic.

Doris joined The Bozzuto Group in 1996 as a Regional Property Manager and worked previously with the partners of The Bozzuto Group at Oxford Management for 9 years. She was named Senior Vice President of Bozzuto Management Company in 2001. Doris served as President of the Property Management Association in 2005.
