Greenbelt , MD….. The Apartment Association of Greater Philadelphia recognized Bozzuto Management Company with an impressive number of awards at their annual "Best in Apartment Living Awards" gala held recently in Drexell Hill, PA. This is the seventeenth year that the association, an affiliate of the National Apartment Association, has presented the awards which recognize the best in apartment living in the greater Philadelphia metropolitan area.

Five communities managed by Bozzuto Management Company received awards; four of the communities were recognized in four separate categories. The winners included: Regatta Apartments in Norristown, PA; Spring House at Brandywine in West Chester, PA; Riverview Landing in Valley Forge, PA; Riverwalk at Millennium in Conshohoken, PA; and Stonington Farm in Doylestown, PA.

The “Overall Excellence Award” is presented to properties that exhibit excellence in the areas of “curb appeal, maintenance and leasing of community.” The recipients of this key honor were: Regatta Apartments; Spring House at Brandywine; Riverview Landing; and Riverwalk at Millennium.

Recipients of the “Curb Appeal Excellence Award,” which recognizes a community's first impressions and appearance, included: Regatta Apartments; Spring House at Brandywine; Riverview Landing; and Riverwalk at Millennium.

Recognizing outstanding leasing professionals, the “Leasing Excellence Award” was presented to: Regatta Apartments; Spring House at Brandywine; Riverview Landing; Riverwalk at Millennium; and Stonington Farm.

The “Maintenance Excellence Award” considers the overall level of care at the property as well as the professionalism of the maintenance team. This award was presented to: Regatta Apartments; Spring House at Brandywine; Riverview Landing; Riverwalk at Millenium.
