New Team Member to Support Bozzuto’s Growth

Greenbelt , Maryland...Thomas K. Wagenhauser II has been named Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) for The Bozzuto Group, an integrated real estate development and services company. The addition of Wagenhauser comes at a time when Bozzuto is experiencing strong growth within the organization.

As CAO, Wagenhauser will oversee the accounting operations for all of The Bozzuto Group companies and will focus on budgeting, financial reporting and planning.

Wagenhauser most recently served as Vice President and Corporate Controller of OAO Technology Solutions, Inc., an international IT service provider that is privately held by J.F. Lehman and Company. Over the past two decades he has also served in financial management roles at Ernst & Young, Essroc Corporation and Aggregate Industries.

Mr. Wagenhauser has a BSBA in Accounting from The Ohio State University, is a CPA and member of AICPA, OSCPA and IMA. He was named Regional Financial Executive of Year in 2006 by Robert Half and the IMA.
