We also make it a priority to recognize our own employees for their hard work and achievements. Every Bozzuto company has their own style of showing their appreciation to their teams; here are just a few:

Annual Outstanding Acheivement Awards: This event is held for peer-nominated winners in service and performance categories.  It's our version of the Academy Awards -- high fashion with a sit down dinner, speakers, entertainment and time at the podium with your shiny trophy.  Both Bozzuto Management Company and Bozzuto Homes make this a night to remember.

Bozzuto Management hosts quarterly "Million Dollar Luncheons" for top sales achievers. All participants receive a fabulous lunch with CEO Tom Bozzuto and other executives. Each talented individual also receives a choice of jewelery, Coach leather products or Dell computer points.

Annual Property Manager, Assistant Manager and Leasing Retreats: These annual retreats offer time for some rest and relaxation with peers in a fun and beautful environment.  After remarks from a motivational speaker, we take to the spa, or the boats, or any other planned activies that have been arranged for us to enjoy.

Company Appreciation Gatherings: One of our favorite spots to gather is the Chesapeake Bay Club, set on the gorgeous Chesapeake Bay shoreline. Bozzuto Construction and Bozzuto Management regularly gather here to celebrate their teams and to enjoy food, drinks, outdoor activities, swimming and jet skis.

Annual Maintenance & Construction Superintendent Fishing Trip:  Each year, Bozzuto Construction superintendents spend a festive day and a night on our annual fishing trip.  Chartered boats take crews of superintendents and Bozzuto executives on a day of competitive fishing and fun.

Service Awards: Each year, we recognize employees who have served five and 10 years of service. And on their seven-year anniversary, employees enjoy a festive lunch of appreciation and receive a "profit sharing" check as a reward for their service and loyalty to The Bozzuto Group.

Subcontractor Awards Banquets: We enjoy taking time to recognize and reward our partners in the building industry, so each year we host a fabulous dinner party to celebrate our partnerships.  We can't do it without them, and we want them to know.
