1. How far is your geographic reach?
We manage properties on the East Coast from as far south as Richmond to as far north as Boston. We have offices in the Washington/Baltimore MSA and in suburban Philadelphia.

2. Do you manage properties for third-party owners?
Approximately 70% of our portfolio is managed for third-party owners. We work with more than 35 clients throughout the East Coast.

3. Do you only manage luxury properties?
Our portfolio includes myriad property types ranging from Tax-Credit Elderly, to Value-Added Rehab properties to surburban garden communities to urban luxury highrises.

5. How many apartments do you have under management?
We currently have more than 30,000 apartment homes under management.

6. How large is your management team?
We have a Regional Management and Accounting team of 65 professionals.

7. What other management related development services can you provide?
We assist a variety of developers in planning their new apartment communties. Supported by strong marketing, operational and technical services teams, we ensure that the proper research in completed and that operational efficiencies, product durability and market acceptance are programmed into new properties before they are built, often providing our clients with significant costs savings during the process. Our maintenance and technical services team provides in-house rehab services to several clients supported by the merchandising efforts of our product marketing team.

8. How many employees do you have on your management team and what is your annual employee turnover?
We currently have more than 800 employees on the Bozzuto Management Company team. We are proud of the fact that we were named one of the top 50 "Best Places to Work" by the Washington Business Journal in 2005 and 2009. We work hard to be a good employer and always put our associates first. That is supported by our employee turnover rate of 28% -- one of the lowest in our industry.
