Parks: Bedford Recreation Kids' Club is a school-age care program located at the Town Center that provides quality programs for kindergarten through Grade 5 with before school, after school, and vacation care. Minute Man National Historical Park preserves and protects the significant historic structures, sites, properties and landscapes associated with the opening battles of the American Revolution. Fawn Lake is one of the few usable ponds in Bedford for fishing, hiking, ice skating and boating. The half-mile trail, which circles Fawn Lake and returns to the parking area, takes about one hour to hike.

Airports/Transportation: General Edward Lawrence Logan International Boston Airport is New England’s largest transportation center and is located in East Boston, approximately 23 miles from Bedford. Amtrak - Woburn, Anderson/Woburn Commuter Rail, Logan Express, and the MBTA 350 & 351 Bus make commuting around town and getting around the Boston area easy and convenient.
