Construction

The Maple Towers project included exterior renovation of 130 apartment units within one seven-story mid-rise building. The scope of work included interior hallway finishes, elevator upgrades, railing replacement, window and door replacement, landscaping upgrades, exterior lighting and concrete replacement.  The community is part of Enterprise’s Green Communities program, which provides grants, financing, tax-credit equity and technical assistance to developers for creating low-income housing according to specific green criteria.
