Construction

Rhode Island Station consists of 274 apartment units built over 70,000 square feet of retail space, one precast parking garage and two cast-in-place concrete parking structures, and is being built directly adjacent to the Rhode Island Avenue Metro Station. The metro garage is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2011, while the retail and residential is forecasted for spring of 2012.
