MetroPointe at Wheaton Metro is a mid-rise, mixed-income, mixed-use apartment community located directly above the Wheaton Metro Kiss and Ride station in Wheaton, MD.  This urban infill community consists of 173 apartment units (70% market rate, 30% affordable) including lofts and single-level flats in a five-story wood-framed building; approximately 3,200 square feet retail space, new Metro Kiss & Ride facilities and 210-space residential parking garage serving residents and the community. The residence will include such amenities as a business center, fitness center, clubhouse with billiards and HDTV, and community room. The project was built in partnership with Bozzuto & Associates and Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County.
