Construction

The Evergreen Senior Living community is a new three-story wood frame structure comprised of 81 senior living units along with the following amenities: craft room, hospitality room, billiards room, community center, and computer center.  The project has also been awarded an Enterprise Green Communities Grant for excellence in the creatiion of healthy and energy-efficient homes.
