Jericho Residences provides 270 active adult apartment homes (110 afforable, 160 market rate) to the booming Landover, MD neighborhood, meeting an urgent existing need for affordable senior housing in Prince George’s County.  The community offers a four-story senior living apartment building with a basement level amenity area, commercial kitchen, three-story glass enclosed lounge area, entrance-way, and includes such amenities as a fitness center, business center, chapel, media room, arts & crafts room, beauty & barber shops, billiards room, outdoor recreation features, and a wellness & group exercise center. The building is a wood-framed construction with vinyl and split-face block veneer exterior, and includes construction of a 1,300 linear foot walking trail, bocce Ball/horseshoe pits, two granite and stone fountains, granite wall and the renovation of the Waring’s Grove historical house.
