Quail Ridge, located in White Marsh MD, included 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units featuring 9’ ceilings, an optional detached garage and fireplace, with carpet and VCT tiles throughout. Renovation of the Quail Ridge community included new exterior lighting and painting, removal of all deteriorated wood siding, and upgrades to the existing clubhouse and landscaping.
