Development
Located within the very distinct neighborhood of Marshall Heights in northeast Washington D.C., just three blocks from the Benning Road Metro station, the Carver 2000 Senior Mansion development provides 104 affordable apartments to the Carver 2000 Tenants Association, Inc., comprised of residents who lived on the site prior to its redevelopment. The community also includes a library, arts and crafts room, formal dining room, quiet room, lounges, fitness center, garage parking, and four rooftop terraces. This project was developed in partnership with the DC Department of Housing and Community Development, DC Housing Finance Agency, and the DC Housing Authority MuniMae Financial.
