Land

Hunters Branch is a 38-acre mixed-use infill site located at the Vienna Metro in Fairfax County, Virginia.  In response to market demand, Bozzuto Land successfully rezoned the property from commercial to predominately residential use.  The company then permitted and constructed all site infrastructure, including a significant storm water management system located in a wooded, stream valley preserve.  Ultimately, Bozzuto sold land for 54 townhomes to Pulte and a parcel for a 200,000 square foot office building to Northwestern Mutual.  Bozzuto Development Company developed 552 apartments on another parcel, and Bozzuto Homes built and sold 104 condominiums on the remainder of the site.
