Gibson's Grant

Gibson’s Grant is a 280-unit residential community being developed as a traditional neighborhood development by Bozzuto Land and three other partners on Kent Island in Queen Anne’s County, Maryland.  The site is adjacent to Macum Creek and the Chester River, and features a 55-acre permanent nature and wildlife preserve.  The old Manor House has been preserved, and the original barn and farm buildings are being refurbished as community facilities.  When completed, Gibson’s Grant will contain a mix of housing types ranging from smaller townhomes and carriage houses to large custom single-family homes.
