Adanise Cross

Adanise Cross is an accomplished property management leader with more than 20 years of experience. As a Senior Vice President at Bozzuto Management Company, where she has been for more than 13 years, managing a portfolio of 44 communities, more than 10,000 units, and 137,000 square feet of retail space in Florida. She excels in managing diverse properties, ranging from boutique-style buildings to expansive mixed-use developments. Adanise plays a crucial role in driving Bozzuto’s expansion in Southeast Florida, applying innovative lease-up strategies and fostering strong partnerships with clients.

In addition to her operational expertise, Adanise is dedicated to fostering Bozzuto’s company culture. She serves as the Executive Sponsor for VIDA and as the Community Lead Champion for Bozzuto VETS. She also mentors new regional team members.

Adanise has spoken on several industry panels, sharing her insights and experience with peers and up-and-coming professionals. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she is an active community participant, having served on the SEFAA Board of Directors and engaged in various volunteer activities. Prior to her tenure at Bozzuto, Adanise held senior leadership roles at Kettler Management, Archstone Smith and Marriott. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in hotel and restaurant management from Florida State University.
