Alesha Strycharz leads the product strategy and implementation of property technology that enhances how Bozzuto’s teams operate and how residents interact with their communities throughout their residency. With more than 14 years of experience spanning on-site operations to global real estate development and management, she brings a deep understanding of how technology can transform business performance, elevate the employee experience, and enrich the customer journey. Her expertise in marketing operations and enterprise systems integration enables her to design frameworks that unify people, processes, and technology across the organization.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications & Public Relations from George Mason University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
