Chelsea Bellay

Chelsea Bellay leads business development initiatives in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Delaware. In this role, she is responsible for managing RFPs and qualifications while fostering meaningful relationships with clients and industry professionals. In addition, Chelsea oversees Bozzuto’s marketing efforts, ensuring the creation of compelling marketing collateral, proposal materials, and other marketing initiatives. 

Before joining Bozzuto, Chelsea worked in civil engineering design and land development, bringing a strong technical foundation to her role. She holds a Master’s Degree in Water Resources and Civil Engineering from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science from Penn State University.
