Erin Carney

As Managing Director of Client Services, Erin Carney oversees business development and client engagement efforts to drive intentional management portfolio growth and optimize the company’s position as a national brand. She is committed to enhancing the customer experience and increasing asset value for clients, all while executing financial and business goals.

Erin previously served as Senior Managing Director of Client Services for Cushman & Wakefield’s Multifamily Asset Services platform where she was responsible for business development for the Eastern half of the United States. During her tenure at C&W, she was repeatedly recognized by the firm as a Top Performer and her efforts contributed to significant portfolio growth and brand awareness in her designated markets.

Prior to joining C&W, Erin was Vice President of Client Services for Bozzuto Management Company where she contributed to business development and client relationship management across the portfolio footprint, primarily focusing on expansion markets. Before moving into Client Services, she was a Project Manager of Advisory Services and advised owners on over 11,500 Class A units in various stages of development. She began her career supporting ESG initiatives as a Sustainability Associate.

Erin holds a Bachelor’s degree from the College of the Holy Cross and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
