Heather Wallace

As Managing Director of Operations for the West, Heather Wallace oversees Bozzuto’s growing portfolio across California, Washington, and Colorado. Her leadership encompasses 27 operating communities totaling 7,200 units and 143,000 square feet of retail, with an additional pipeline of 8 communities and 2,200 units. In this role, she drives business development and client engagement, strengthens Bozzuto’s position as a national brand, and champions innovative technologies and services that enhance operational efficiency, elevate the customer experience, and maximize asset value.

Heather is a customer-centric and forward-thinking leader with deep expertise in the multifamily industry. Throughout her career, she has consistently delivered financial performance while cultivating trusted partnerships and creating distinctive living experiences. Her leadership approach combines strategic vision with hands-on operational insight, ensuring consistent execution across diverse markets.

Prior to her current role, Heather held a variety of positions including Development Partner, Acquisitions Director, Senior Vice President of Client Services, and Vice President of Operations with some of the most respected firms in the industry, including Alliance Residential Company, Sares-Regis Group, Trammell Crow, and Lincoln Property Company.
