Kevin is responsible for budget development, evaluating feasibility and constructability, and leading value engineering efforts. He also manages historical cost data and develops detailed subcontractor scopes of work. Since joining Bozzuto Construction in 2014, Kevin has drawn on 17 years of experience in construction and architecture to lead on-site operations and deliver preconstruction services on a range of complex projects.
