Shelagh Anderson

Shelagh Anderson is a Senior Vice President at Bozzuto with more than 17 years of industry experience. She began her Bozzuto journey on-site in 2015, managing three communities before joining the regional team and progressing into the Senior Vice President role. Shelagh has a strong passion for the New England region and its teams, bringing strengths in innovative thinking, collaboration and leadership both inside and outside the organization.

Her current retail portfolio consists of more than 50,000 square feet, and she oversees a growing Class A portfolio of more than 5,000 units, including complex lease-ups, mixed-use communities, renovation properties and stabilized communities. She also has extensive experience with pre-development advisory services. With a strong financial acumen, Shelagh focuses on operational and strategic planning and takes a collaborative approach with asset management.

Prior to Bozzuto, she worked at CBRE and Corcoran Management, gaining experience in both residential and commercial management across multifamily, office and retail asset classes. She holds the IREM Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation and is actively engaged in the industry, currently serving on the MAA DEI Committee and as the Bozzuto New England PACT Chapter lead.

Outside of work, Shelagh enjoys running and hiking. She has been a committee member and fundraiser for Fitness for a Cure benefiting St. Jude Children’s Hospital for more than 10 years. She most enjoys spending time with her husband, Teddy, and their three children, Michael, Liam and Roark.
