Stephanie Rath

Stephanie Rath, Managing Director of Strategic Initiatives and Performance, has been with Bozzuto since 2011 serving in a variety of roles across the organization. In her current position, Stephanie partners with the President and executive leaders of BMC to co-author and lead key initiatives that drive both performance and opportunity across the organization.

Stephanie brings more than two decades of multifamily expertise, with experience spanning both on-site and corporate leadership roles that have sharpened her operational and strategic acumen. Her leadership of Business Development, Pre-Development Advisory Services, and Operations has been instrumental in driving growth, enhancing performance, and creating value for Bozzuto and our clients.
