Preconstruction Manager, Bozzuto Construction Company
Timothy (Tim) Burt is responsible for the initial budgeting and planning of projects during preconstruction, which includes managing the line item budget, as well as Value Engineering efforts.
Since joining Bozzuto Construction in 2015 as a Project Engineer, Tim has gained hands-on experience in both field operations and preconstruction, giving him a comprehensive understanding of project delivery from concept through completion.
He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Maryland.
