The Gazette: Bozzuto Construction of Greenbelt Has Signed Four New Projects Worth More Than $107 Million

The $40 million Petworth Safeway & Residences development in Washington, D.C., will include a Safeway supermarket and 218-unit apartment community, according to Bozzuto information. The $28 million renovation of Tyler House Apartments in Washington will cover 284 units. Kingsview Village Apartments is a $20 million garden-style community comprising 195 units in Germantown. The $19 million MetroTowns at Parkside will include 125 townhouses for rent and sale in Washington.
Bozzuto began construction on Petworth last month and expects to finish in the summer of 2014. Construction at MetroTowns started in September and is scheduled for a 2015 completion. Kingsview will begin construction in January and should be complete by the spring of 2014. Renovations at Tyler House are to start in February and should be finished by late 2014.
