Bozzuto VP Khushbu Sikaria Named 2016 Rising Star By Multifamily Executive Magazine

GREENBELT, MD – October 31, 2016 – Bozzuto announced today that Advisory Services Vice President Khushbu Sikaria was awarded with one of the most prestigious accolades in the multifamily real estate industry, the Multifamily Executive’s 2016 Rising Star Award. The Rising Star Award is given annually in recognition of the development or management professional who is dedicated to providing exceptional multifamily housing, exemplary customer service and a strong financial performance.
Combining her real estate acumen with cross-industry consumer trends, Sikaria often determines new paths for Bozzuto to exceed customer and client expectations.

Sikaria’s current role focuses heavily on business development and relies on her creative thinking as Bozzuto embarks on its strategic expansion nationally. Additionally, she leads Bozzuto’s property brand advisory efforts for pipeline deals including overseeing development from pre-development through pre-leasing. Her team works closely with owners, developers and project consultants to develop and share a unified brand identity throughout the physical and digital product life cycle, including the programming and daily operations of the property.
Sikaria continued, “From my first day at Bozzuto, I have always worked to understand the why and how of consumers’ behavior. It’s important to be empathetic in order to offer small improvements and experiment with new experience offerings. Ultimately, the beneficiary of our insights could be an investor, client or leader in the community. Our focus is to bring about innovation that’s in the best interest of our customer and client.”
