Upkeep and regular maintenance are good. Special events are good. Email broadcasts regarding services, payments, and rules are not so good because they are not targeted to those residents to which they apply.

I think the overall experience has been pretty great! As I’ve lived here for about 2 years there had been some improvements. I just wish for updated appliances. Other than that staff is friendly and understanding.
