Mgmt. is great as far as I'm concerned, but rent/cost is high and increasing which is a concern about my long-term living situation here.

Your office staff go out of their way to help me with my questions as a tenant.

Great response to put wood floors in apartment living room.

We need a hot tub. It would fit well near the locker room corner of the pool area. Good community building gathering point. Promotes relaxation and conversation.

We absolutely love this community. We have lived here for over 6 years and have no plans of leaving. The entire community team is great, easy to communicate with, and quick to respond to maintenance requests.

Recently attending the sip & paint along with a few other events during the holidays. I enjoy the community events. Will attend more in the future.

I have only been here a short time but I find the other occupants friendly. I have missed some opportunities to make friends since I travel back to my other home now and then. I hope to remedy that soon.

Beautifully well maintained apartment in a Pleasantville neighborhood. It is a shame they lower the standard by allowing residents to leave trash in the hallways for pickup. For 2 to 3 hours each evening it becomes a slum.

Great stress free living, with Kentlands village living.

It has been overall an enjoyable experience. The staff and the maintenance crew are all very competent and polite. The frequent community programs are very welcome. More would be even better.
