I love the Juliana, it is a wonderful and cozy place to call home. The amenities, finishings and people are lovely. My one recommendation is to add an additional shuttle their rotation to the path station.

So far, so good. The apartment itself is quite nice (I would change a few things - namely the bedrooms are very cold but the living room is hot). Requests for maintenance are met quickly. And neighbors are very friendly. As I said - so far so good!

Nothing has been updated in the building for MONTHS. And yet our rent continues to increase. They could Atleast fix every broken machine in the gym which is now half. Lack of communication is awful

There’s still a lot of work to be done in the garage areas, lounge areas and overall security around the building.

Reaching the front desk from outside is a problem. Front desk should have a cellphone or a Messenger app to reach them. It basically costs $15 to buy earphones and microphone, still for the last 2 years they were out of reach.
