As a college student, this is my first “apartment” experience outside of living in a dorm on campus. So far, everything has been great! All the staff is extremely helpful and nice, as well as the maintenance team.

Having some move-in maintenance issues. A/C not working and first 2 servie calls did not fix. Closet hanging bar had 2 separate pieces pushed together that collapsed when hung. Sewage or sulfur smell. Hope this stuff can be worked out!!

Some maintenance issues we would like to see cleared up. Especially getting the air conditioner to work in the whole unit. Right now, it only adequately cools the entry hallway.
