everyone is super kind and helpful! i really appreciate how Cindy and Nicole are so accommodating. the move in was incredibly smooth. down to FPL and internet. they streamline the entire process.

Lots of problems. Takes them weeks sometimes months to fully correct problems. Had problem with alarm system for weeks. Staff sympathetic. Clubhouse was closed for a period of time.

It's a beautiful property, well managed by Bozzuto staff. I especially like the fitness center, grill stations and the pool. Looking forward to the dog park and dog wash.
