Love the pool and hot tub! Residents are all very friendly. The screened lanai gets use constantly since there is no worry about bugs. And cooking is a dream with gas appliances.

We are a little discouraged with the pool and spa issues. Now the pool water is hotter than the spa water. The home held up great during the hurricanes although we had a couple of leaks.

Villa was cleaned very well before we moved in. Staff is very helpful. Pool area kept clean. An issue we had with the refrigerator leaking was dealt with very quickly and efficiently.
