Move in process was easy but the apartment was obviously not vetted for move in as there was no hot water in the unit and the toilet was not functional for the 1st week of lease.

Such a clean environment, very quiet peaceful building, and super convenient location. My experience here has been great so far! The staff are kind and welcoming.
