Nice community and great staff. Just be mindful that a lot of units are used as dorms for PBA students which is okay but comes with its own set of issues. If you aren’t a teenager I would probably go to a true luxury apartment a few blocks over.

Move in process was easy but the apartment was obviously not vetted for move in as there was no hot water in the unit and the toilet was not functional for the 1st week of lease.
