Gliceria is outstanding! She is very knowledgeable, has great energy and provides great customer service. I can’t say enough great things about her.

Only complaints is that the parking is horrible, gate is always broken. It’s actually broken right now so visitors are free to access our resident parking spots. And if you’re in the south building it...

Imagine charging ppl up to 4K a month for rent and the elevator is out of service at least twice a week and the lights don’t work in the garage. It looks like a scene from a horror film!

The community is generally good so far. Convenient location and new amenities, but our unit 683 has consistent loud noise from the mechanical room.
