I have loved living in Stella! I cannot name a better complex. If I had any issues in my apartment, maintenance was quick to fix them. The building is very clean, quiet, well managed and maintained. I do not have any complaints!

Unpredictable availability when calling management, once everything was set up the process went smooth. Unfortunately, Bozzuto management had to be called. Hopefully, I will not have to call their boss again to get things done.

In my almost 2 years here, it's been an overall decent experience. Pros: new, close to metro, nice staff. Cons: not near much else, pot smell, and some maintenance issues (but often quickly addressed).

Decent place. Be ware of getting towed because staff tells you to park in unauthorized areas. Pretty quiet as far as neighbors, but you can definitely hear people walking above you.
