Newer apartment in decent Bayonne neighborhood. There is a lot of marrijuana and cigarette smoking. Lots of dogs and cats in building, but the “dog park” is a mess with dirt and gravel. Maintenance and cleaning staff are very nice.

The overall experience is great, the garbage place is really hard to use, the bottom above the door always broken and it cannot be opened. And people have to put garbage back in the recycle bin
