It's generally good. The staff is truly excellent. Friendly, helpful, experienced.However, there have been quite a few issues for a luxury building. Elevator, heat, lobby not fully finished and decorated.

Great doormen. The building might be old, but most of the units have been recently renovated. It sits on a quiet street, not far from supermarkets, restaurant, and shops you need. Loved the neighborhood. The rooftop is breathtaking!
