Price to park second car is rather high. We aren’t in Philadelphia. Apartment is otherwise nice, amenities nice. The closet set up is a bit odd. And no coat closet which kind of annoying. Otherwise lots of kitchen and bathroom cabinet space.

Very organized and team is very responsive. The updater app made it easy to get insurance and compare internet providers and help get it set up.
