Everyone was very nice to me when I arrived and very helpful. It was a bit stressful when I first arrived because I couldn't find a cart to move in. There were quite a few people moving in the same day, but it eventually all worked out.

This seems like a hard place to keep running smoothly. There was a hot water issue. We had flooding. The sink kept backing and leaking under the sink. But the staff have been responsive and professional. And they handle everything fairly and quickly.

The amenities here make the Promenade apartments great. Indoor pool, full gym, golf simulator. The only apartment in downtown providence with a pool opened year round. Definitely worth the price.

I really love living at Halstead! The only area of feedback is the laundry room. The machines are constantly breaking down however the Manager sent me a gift card to make up for it so that was so appreciated. Other than that no complaints at all!

Having a really hard time getting wifi set up. Building is clean and friendly. Neighborhood is a little lacking in food.. The mall is closeby though.
