All of the amenities are well maintained and everyone is nice. However, a lot of people drive super fast in the garage and because the garage isles are tight, especially the ramps, it becomes dangerous.

Love my unit and the amenities. CERU is great and has a lot to offer. The pool looks like a resort pool and the floor is vinyl which is great. The unit has a great color scheme that would go with anything and everything.

1st week living in Ceru, absolutely love the amenities (ie, lounges). The majority of residents and staff are all welcoming! I can definitely feel I chose the right place to live and know my family & friends will live to visit.

Both Amy Scarlata and Hasmik Hamza go out of their way to accommodate all requests. The functions the Ceru hosts at the building are a great way to make the building a little more special than the rest.
