It’s a beautiful place to live!! I am happy to be part of the Ceru family. Very nice neighborhood. I love the El rio trail juts in front of the building. I can do my bike ride everyday in the morning. This is my happy place 🫶

so far..so good. move in was easy. Front office people wonderful. Welcome gift was a really nice touch. Deliveries with 2 loading docs very convenient and even charged my car (love to EV availability!)

Great place thus far. Only issue is the amount of scuffs on the hallways from people damaging it as well as the trash left in the stairwells.

Amazing amenities!! Fancy and elegant decorations and design for people who expect to have a good life. The staff is very friendly and efficient.
