Adequate living next to DC's best new neighborhood. Price paid to be on the waterfront while the apt is just alright. Quite weekdays, a little too loud weekends. Still felt unseen/unknown but that's probably going to change soon.

Pleasant and easy transitioning. The neighbor to my drilling quite early and has his TV on pretty loudly so I can hear everything. He does seem to lower the volume at a decent time though.
