Rhode Island Row is a beautiful building. I would recommend it after the gorgeous tour i encountered. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with walk in closets are worth it.

I have had a wonderful experience so far. The customer service that I have received so far aligns with my perspective on how service should be. Prompt and courteous service at all times is my trademark of excellence.

Only been here a few weeks but so far my expectations have been exceeded. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Grounds and common areas well maintained and kept clean and organized.

Thanks Rhode Island Row for an amazing two years and many more to come. In addition thank you for always listening to my on my feedback!

Rhode Island Row is a clean and affordable downtown apartment complex that I would highly recommend to anyone inquiring about a Washington, DC residence.

It has been great! I have been here for almost a year. They have always been attentive to my needs, speady with their response and have always provided reasonable communication.

Rhode Island Row is a quiet and clean place to live with great amenities and an incredibly friendly staff. The apartments are generously sized and it's a good value for the District.

My experience living at Rhode Island Row is all positive! The location, the features, the amenities, the up-and-coming nature of the neighborhood, the commute downtown, etc. is all phenomenal and exactly what I was looking for in an apartment.

It's been wonderful. I haven't had any issues at all. Concierge is super friendly and I enjoy chatting with them when I am home. Overall great experience

The apartment design and layout is really nice. It is peaceful and well maintained. The staff is always courteous and responsive to meeting your requests. Last but not least, the amenities inclusive with the rental are great.

Common areas are very well maintained. Management tries to regularly put together events for the community. The apartments are large in size.

Moving on was not pleasant, but since settling in, it has been great.

It is by far the best apartments i have lived in. For my first living experience in the Washington D.C. area it is awesome. Beyond my expectations and all amenities are kept up to standard. The staff are super nice. Loving the experience so far.

Rhode Island Row had gone above and beyond my expectations. The quality of the apartment plus the incredibly prompt, skilled and courteous resident services crew really make this a great place to live. I plan to stay for a long time.
